How do I return an order?
If you have purchased an order directly from our website, please contact us at info@n10b.com with your name/order number in the subject line of the email. in the body of the email we will need the reason why you are returning with pictures of the product (if applicable) in the body of the message.

What about defective or flawed items?
We stand behind all the quality of all of our uniforms and accessories. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 7 days since your purchase, simply choose one of the options above to return the item. If it’s been more than 14 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. 

What is the turnaround for custom uniforms?

Orders take 2-3 weeks (max up to 20 business days), expedited orders are 1-2  weeks with an additional 10% rush charge
